Microsoft Planner is designed to empower individuals and project managers by centralizing tasks from the entire M365 ecosystem into a single app. The focus of my project was to recommend a strategic UX strategy which would help users decide what tasks they should complete and when.

1. Led user research studies
I took the lead in planning and conducting 6 moderated user research studies using Playbook UX. I took the results from these studies and synthesized the data within a 3-week timeline to inform my product design.
2. Created a full end-to-end prototype of a new feature
I independently designed essential components, leveraging Figma to craft wireframes, interaction flows, and high-fidelity prototypes.
3. Participated in design critiques
Every week, I engaged in collaborative design critiques with my team, presenting my work to gather constructive feedback and refine my designs.
